Wandering wonderer. Free Spirit. Open Heart. Join me on my journeys across oceans and rivers and vast spaces between our hearts as I seek to be a bridge of connection in this world.
Do you feel hurt, tired, afraid, alone, like you can't tell anyone what you are feeling?
Do you dislike drama, believe in planting good seeds in your heart and mind?
Are there times you don't know what to do with your "negative" emotions?
Do you have a space for your soul to rest?
I've reconnected to my soul through spiritual guidance, a companionship for your soul.
Do you sometimes feel lost, immovable, ungrateful, confused on how to process and present things you have experienced?
You want to be grateful but you don't feeel grateful, and you are overwhelmed by all of these things that just aren't quite right, but still might be good.
This morning I had a breakthrough: how to maintain that elusive and sometimes even annoying Attitude of Gratitude.

has been on the road for a little over 2 months now. We have seen people come and go. We have fallen on our faces, have come together, have grown, bled and angered and sweetly loved. Singing, dancing, playing, reflecting, dancing.
So many swirls. So much to do. Very little wifi time.
Finding the balance between not being a part of the community time at farms or community stops to be able to write as well as the added frustration of everything piling up in a huge stack of procrastinated creativity and tasks to be completed. At a very slow wifi rate.
Taking a step back. To breathe. To reevaluate.
I love you.

We have been in Tennessee at Shut Up & Grow it! for over a week.
During our stay here we have already begun to face challenges and grow together in a desire to truly experience, live and spread sustainability.
First days of the Tour have been so magically eerie and wholesome. I am already lost in what days are, totally immersed in the immensity of LIFE I am witnessing.
Check out the G4G Blog Post!
We all have experienced that post festival low, that can start the very day you leave beloved festival world.
Let's come together now to find ways to continue to walk forward in that transformation and support each other in it!
